I purchased a 6-month ExpressVPN subscription from this seller. The key provided was already expired. Despite being online, the seller has not responded to my messages. I needed the service urgently and had to purchase it from another provider. I am requesting a refund.

You made this report and did not mention to him in PM that you expected a refund so he replaced the key with a working one. That is an acceptable solution to the dispute. If you wanted a refund you should have told him directly and upfront in your PM.

Okay, sure. So to confirm, the total warranty is now 12 months since you've doubled it from the original 6-month warranty at purchase, correct? I can check the key on my end within 24 hours when I have access to a PC. Regarding future support, will I need to wait up to a week for a response? Please confirm. Thanks.
