(Can produce screenshots, there are loads) He either claims it will be done later, tomorrow, in 72 hours, or just leaves message on read. He constantly ignores DM's on Telegram, then deletes messages from his Lounge and claims everything has been done. I want the account upgrading, its been 4 months.
