Additional Information: The first bank I also bought from him stopped working for spotify literally a week later, I'm not sure if I'm technically applicable for a refund but it cost $99 and he basically praised the bank stating how good it was then it stopped working for spotify in a week https://ibb.co/jGL5XX5 (I expected to never need a bank, which is why I paid a premium, again as he said in this message) also shown here, https://ibb.co/SVS6P5D

Look pretty much he's just stopped responding and he hasn't been online, I'm confused because he seems legit but this is just dragging it now and this is causing too much headache.
