Additional Information:

Seller sells xbox shared account with constant access to a game which you can download on your account. After several days trying you cant play games if somebody else is playing on the shared account
In my opinion sellers needs to tell this if you buy it. Because there are more people on the shared account its almost impossible to play if you want.
So its very very hard to play a game, almost impossible. After mentioning this to the seller, no response

 

I would like a refund or he can give a account which is upgraded with 12 months game pass ( he is selling this for 12eur so its even less than i payed him)

He needs to create a account because im not giving my login creditionals.

Also want it 24 hours or a refund on

@Porsche911 if shared account only allows 1 person to play at any given time, it has no reason to be sold. Somebody could be playing 24/7 and the account would be completely blocked to all other buyers.

 

If this is the product you are selling and it can only be used by 1 customer at any given time, the customer should be refunded.
