Additional Information: We offered them a coding service. We meticulously completed every item in the to-do list. But they started to make extra requests. However, we told them that the extra requests are not included in the price and that we will give an additional offer if needed. But they don't accept anything to get free work done.
I have never opened such a report to any of my customers until now. But we are now having difficulty communicating with him and his partner and we want to resolve this issue.
