Additional Information: i bought a verified account from him and i also loaded 100 dollars on it, 4-5 days later the gmail and account has changed password, although i doubt ill get a refund for the money lost that i loaded into the account. Also when collecting the screenshots i realized he said that he didnt make the gmail which explains how the account was recovered.

User purchased a verified account from me, which I delivered promptly. He confirmed that everything was in order and that he had full access to both the email and the account.
 

To make the process smoother for the customer, the email did not have any linked phone numbers or recovery emails from my side. This allowed the buyer to easily add their own recovery information, as it is his responsibility to secure the account after verifying it.
 

When I asked for proof that he hadn’t changed the password, he simply replied with "idk". He also mentioned that he is a reseller of accounts and claimed it was my responsibility to secure the account, but he failed to provide any evidence to support his claims.

how could i possible provide proof that it wasnt me who changed the password? in that case why dont you provide proof that it wasnt you?

Securing the email and everything you purchase is your responsibility alone, adding an alternative email / phone number, passkey and changing password is the most basic of tasks that you must follow when you buy an account online. The seller can't be liable for your inability to secure the account properly. With your logic, you could simply hack yourself after sending 10.000$ to the account and say the seller did it and report him. Unfortunately anything that happens once you receive the account from the seller is your responsibility. Securing it is mandatory as soon as you get it to avoid cases such as these.
