First off, I have been a long time customer of this seller and have purchased numerous products from them. Most of which I now don't bother to have fixed anymore. Over the last 6 months the wait times to have items fixed has become completely unreasonable.
This report is for a Netflix account I purchased. I am currently on day 30 of having no access to my service I have paid for. This has been the current trend with dealing with them. I dm them for for a fix, and wait numerous days, weeks, and to now a month. The accounts only last a couple of days and then the whole waiting process starts again. You raise concerns on their TG and then you get banned (which I currently am). Seller lied and said it was fixed, I immediately told them it wasn't and then was ghosted for 5 days, then given a new eta of 72 hours. Well it's now 120 hours later, no useable account since 20 of November and still no fix, and I check on daily. I don't expect a refund due to the time I've had the account. But I do want fixes done promptly and not weeks.
While I haven't been truly scammed, the service just sucks and am tired of dealing with them. How long is acceptable to be waiting???
