Apparently its an extortion racket. Anyone know how the owners ID can be confirmed apart from the usual whois / historical / reverse dns stuff?

 

This site has made an attempt but there appears to be some holes in the info: w h o i s w e b a c t i v i s m . com, like the part where they link defaulters site to the nameandshame site.
