ayy lmao devs are arguing with a user that the tool is working, instead of trying to help the user fix the problem xDD

He doesn't want us to help him. I tried to re add him to customers group but he say "I'm done with this shit" and left the group.

I see what's going on to be honest it's no ones fault, yes the bug was most likely caused by the developer, but if they stated that it was still work in progress then you should be complaining about anything as you should of expected a few bugs.

Anyway, I would offer a partial refund. but as you have the program, Idk.
