1. We have made the refunds manual so that we can keep an eye on services that are not delivering on consecutive orders. This helps the panel be clean from non working services.
2. We are available directly via Telegram, FB CHAT, Skype & Tickets. Will look into getting discord added as a support medium.
3. We look forward to responding to the messages on the above mediums within 1 Hours Max. However its impossible to keep a track of PMs, We manage to keep a track of all PMs on forums every 6 hours. Still looking for a way to be instant on forums. Let us know if you have any ideas on how this could be achived.
Please let us know if you have any other suggestions, We will take them in a constructive manner and work on our negatives.
1- start logging refunding services, so the refunded service will be logged to be addressed later while the user will get his money back instantly.
2 & 3 - A discord server with 2-3 mods will help you greatly contact ur customers and help them while also doing other work, I'm fairly certain no one here uses facebook or atleast won't crack using it.
