The funny thing is that he hasn't done anything yet to my order, he only was giving me instructions to talk in chat with the support of Newegg, my order is supposed to be in the final step now, he told me that he will do it and here I am, 4 days waiting since that.

 

he is not doing your refund, you should not pay him. Let me guess, he told you to tell in chat that your order did not arrived? and that you checked at neighbours etc.?

Yes exactly, the final step now is basically send an police report as I expected, there is no way to do such limits wihout a police report involved.

There is no magic trick about refunders with such high limits, they just do a police report, thats all.

 

He should remove the 24 hours processing time in the title because that obviously is not true.
