At the moment Im gonna give my experience about what he offers :
5000 USD LIMITS < My order was 4300-4500 in total, all items shipped by NewEgg United States to Spain (One of the countries supported with his method)
100% S.R < Not True, he failed.
24 HOURS PROCESSING TIME < He took a month and half to fail my order.
