This guy is really a very patient person (with dumb people like me), despite being quite busy too. I still can't imagine how he can respond in a matter of seconds and make refunds at the same time. He's probably a robot, lol. In regards to the refund, this is the second time I use a refund service in my life, so I don't really understand how it works. Moreover, I had some problems with Amazon (the website he recommended me first), but I decided to try a custom store to avoid any kind of verification process -- very common to happen on new Amazon accounts with no orders. Being as direct as possible, I bought a graphics card worth €460+ in a custom store and he accepted the challenge. After receiving the graphics card, I filled out the form and he started the magic. Two days later, he was able to refund me the full amount and I kept the graphics card.
