It is in Spanish + his email was from Spain. The guy he is impersonating is in Ukraine. 

Also his official skype is different than this guy's skype. (live:katya_dota2_3 vs katya_dota2) - Obvious attempt at impersonation.

He has since stopped replying in Skype.
