Use an App called "PGSharp" . I know it looks sketchy, but my friends and I have been using it for about 1-2 years now. We all play on main somewhere in san franscisco and no bans yet. Obviolsy watch out for shadow bans but the app specificyally warns you about the length of your cooldown.
Only con is its only for android

Utilize an application named "PGSharp." I understand it seems suspicious, but my friends and I have been utilizing it for approximately 1-2 years. We all game on main in San Francisco, and there have been no bans so far. Obviously, be cautious of shadow bans, but the app specifically informs you about the duration of your cooldown.
The only drawback is that it's exclusively for Android.
