Lets say you're on the phone/chat with a rep, trying to use the Empty box method on airpods, and the rep starts asking a lot of questions, and overall doesnt seem like he is going to refund you anytime soon.

What you're going to do is, simply shove in a "it was actually supposed to be a gift for *x*, But , the *x*, is going to be someone with some sort of disease, Mental health issues, Your lonely grandma, a LGBTQ+ person, or someone of color.

After throwing that in the convo, after a while when he keeps asking you questions, all you gotta do is play butthurt, and mention "Is this because i mentioned *x* was LGBTQ+ (for example)??? Are you homophobic?!" . Most reps will get nervous , as they can get fired for being offensive.

that is all basically, the whole method is just make them feel like they offended you/a minority
