Hi everyone. I'm wondering if someone could help because someone just stole my account (Outlook email and Xbox Account). I wouldn't really care although this account has personal information such as: job emails (with my social security), my moms bank information/statements and my grandmothers credit card (which he's spent $65+ already buying FarCry 5). I don't know how he changed it because I had my phone number and backup emails linked to the account. So far he's changed the email and removed my number. Microsoft/Xbox support has had me on hold for the past 45 mins, and I doubt they're going to do anything.

I managed to find the stupid fucks name: Darmel Batemon. He changed the email to: lilcurry17@outlook.com. I also still have access on my brothers laptop, but I can only send emails. Every time I've tried to log in with my email it says the account doesn't exist. I really need someone to help me because of all the personal information on there

Your best bet is to wait out the storm and hope Microsoft takes the appropriate actions. In the meantime, call up your credit card company and notify them of the situation, then request a chargeback on any extraneous purchases they make. After that is all said and done, I recommend following the guidelines at

to prevent further intrusion into your life. I hope this helps you, and if you need further clarification I'm listening.

I did, but only two names came up and I have to pay to give the information... it's useless since it doesn't give me their #s. I think he might've cloned my sim...

Hey thanks for this! Hopefully I can find whoever it is because they put their # on the account and bought something on making it traceable.

If the guy was stupid enough to use his actual email, they could simply do a checkup on that and see the information. (and possibly the guy behind it).

Just call up your bank and tell them to undo any charges, explain in detail to them.

Call up Microsoft and provide your details.

Do whatever you need to.

Hope this helps :)
