Carza is the man.. This is the first refund I have ever done after thinking about trying it for a while. I never really knew the process and if I'm honest a lot of refunders I spoke to just simply wouldn't reply when I was asking how things work and what they'd recommend for me to buy for partials etc.. Which brings you to this point where you're slightly confused because you're not completely clueless but definitely not knowledgeable enough to create an order without mistakes.
Anyway, from the initial contact Carza guided me through everything, advising me to add certain things to my cart and even things just for the sake of it because they'd be refunded.
When I sent him my final cart, his response was simply "Easy".
And I guess easy it was for him! Adidas dragged they're feet a little, the customer service department tend to take their time but Carza nagged them for me when they have reached their deadline.
All in all, from receiving the order to getting my email confirmation, my refund has taken around 2 weeks (which for their customer service is not bad)
The whole time Carza would politely answer any questions I had an even checked in to see if they had provided me with an update.
He's a knowledgeable and friendly person, which has given me a massive load of confidence in refunding in the future. I'm definitely going to be using him very soon with Christmas coming!
