All accounts sold online are cracked accounts aka they are owned and paid by someone else who has no idea that his credentials are compromised and hence used by someone else. So, yes, it would be a shared account. But if you are asking that do I sell the same account to someone else too, nope. 1 account per sale aka to only 1 customer. And NBA League Pass allows upto 5 streams at a time, so I wouldn't worry about streaming limit/issues.

Thing is that if the actual acc owner will be notified somehow then bye bye annual membership
