Talking to a lot of people right now.
Please be sure to follow instructions sent when speaking to us, we have you send your labels to specific emails to make sure they do not get lost in conversations on discord or skype, it helps us keep everything in a que system so we make sure everything we receive before our daily cut off time ships same day.
I will try to answer as many questions as I can, but when it comes to SE processes I am some what limited as we are not doing your SE for you but merely boxing your item.
If you are paying someone to SE for you, please make sure they answer your questions as sometimes people have different methods of doing an SE.
If you are doing the SE solo, I do not mind providing you some help but we really do not have the time to walk everyone through their SE's or we wouldn't be able to box the large quantity that we box everyday.
