So basically i traded him $80.00 USD btc for $80.00 USD pp he told me he had to send as G&S if the pp is not from the US but his English is butchered and the way he had it written did not really make sense

This costed me $4.00 i realize its my mistake but the user should also be more clear that if you paypal is not from US he cant send as F&F

 

I think was very clear before trade and so mentioned my trade terms to you 2 times.

I don't know what is noit clear to you and look like butchered.

But anyway i respect your feedback and so i assume missunderstanding and offer refund option.

You refund me pp and i do with BTC ( valid for now ).
