Vulnerability?
It was a public directory, called fullbackup by us when we moved servers.
I didn't say that I only found that backup files. In fact, the way I know there is that backup files is not by dictionary brute or whatever. You can check ur webserver logs. Anyway, check the following if matched with yours "users":
