Do NOT recommend. Same issue as @UndeadSolider4 . Said he would give updates on my refund but has been unresponsive for a week now. It's been a month since I let him do the refund. This is my first refund and it did not go well and I wish I could vouch for him

HUGE VOUCH! Did my $700+ Target order
I've used other refunders like gucci, but puppyman is the fastest & most responsive refunder I've used so far and he keeps me up to date with the whole process.
Not sure why people are trying to hate on him. I've recommended him to my friends and they are 100% satisfied with his services. Looking forward to working with him again!

Doing a 3k Best Buy order, in the beginning he was very responsive and polite. Once I submitted my form, however, things seem to have shifted.
It's been 3 going into 4 days that he's been ignoring my messages, perhaps he's busy or something came up but I have yet to receive any updates. As of now I don't know if it was attempted or failed or he hasn't gotten around to it but at this point I can't say I recommend the service.
I will update once he replies or if he replies, if things get done smoothly and it was just a bit of a mishap then I'll give a vouch but as of now being ignored, especially on a large order, doesn't sit well with me.
