Ali doesn't just talk the talk, the guy is so good.
Spoke to him about a few places and already had a Nike order arriving, most refunders do partials so I was expecting to have to pay for some items.. But damn the guy got me a FULL refund on a £400+ order!
His communication is excellent, he talks to you like a friend would and he's informative af. Doesn't really have secrets and guides you through everything step by step.. He has some great customer service!
He's really pleasant to have a conversation with too.
I actually messaged him a few times just to see how he was.
Instead of doing the usual live chat, he called Nike personally and got them to rush things along just to get my refund.. Always sticking to deadlines and actually being more proactive and getting a hold of them before their deadline.
He called them numerous times for me as they're ridiculously slow at responding, and any email he'd write me a response or give them a call.
Any doubt or worry, he just replied "I got you bro" and it paid off..
The whole process took around 19 days, received my order on the 18th October and my refund confirmation today (6th November).
5* Service and truly a 5* guy, can't recommend him enough!
If anyone's reading this thread when trying to choose a refunder, I'm hoping that this vouch will convince you that Ali is the man!

Ali has provided me with the best refund experience so far, always ready to answer any question.
No wonder he has so many positive reviews on his service, this guy is not only a business partner, but also a friend for you.

Vouching for Ali, he has done me a solid $1000 amazon.es refund at the best refund price I've found anywhere! His service was extremely fast and responsive. It only took him 3 days to get the refund done and that was due to amazons 72 hour investigation times! I will be using his refund services again, I have used multiple refund services in the past and his is without doubt the fastest, cheapest and friendliest!
