Waste of time, he can only do paypal and amazon like most new refunders. Been almost 3 weeks and he still hasnt started my samsung refund. Cost me £1500 if I can't get a legit refund because of return policy. Will provide chat logs if he tries to dispute this claim

Just so you know, you can most definitely get it returned.
Your neg rep makes no sense, new refunder? LOL, I've been here for a while my friend.
If you spent time going through reviews, you'd find my Samsung refunds go very well.
Me not attending to your refund is completely different to not being able to do it.
You're clueless...
Anyway, I want to say I'd like to help you, but right now I have more important things to deal with.
AS FOR EVERYONE ELSE, LET IT BE KNOWN.
I AM AFK FOR 2-3WEEKS.

you and your "partner" have been avoiding people for weeks.
If you're going to run a service actually reply to your customers, dont give them the run around and make the commit to £1500 purchases when you can't carry out and lie about even starting my refund.
bit of luck you dont come back in 2-3 weeks. stick to paypal refunds

Lmao, the worst part about your bashing is that I didn't even FAIL your refund.
Exactly, i'm not just avoiding "people". I'm avoiding EVERYONE, cause I have shit to deal with.
You're complaining because I told you I started it and I didn't finish it.
I started it and left it alone cause shit came up.
I never put a gun to your head and told you to buy the phones.
You need to be prepared for worst case scenarios when you get into refunds my guy.
I could still help you but reading the crap you're coming out with, I really just won't.
As of the moment, I cannot help anyone cause of my particular circumstances.
I've already told you to return the items.
Stop acting like a chump and return the phones or ask another refunder for help.
There are pretty good refunders that are out there.
I don't talk to many, but I'm sure you get the point.
Right now, I'm not one of them. I'll give you that.
All the best mate.

No need to act like this, he shows evidence that he committed to a large order which you guys stated you could refund and you left him on read for weeks.
It's all well and good being busy but it's extremely unprofessional not to let current customers who you're doing business with that you're away and unable to attend to your services and advise them to return the goods. If you can attend to responding to this thread then you can respond to your ongoing customers about your inactivity.
But instead you're acting like you're not in the wrong and that you don't understand your customer's frustration, he is potentially going to lose £1500 because he put trust into you and your services for you to leave him hanging, what don't you understand from this? Simply apologize instead of acting like this, you're a good guy but you're also very egotistic stop acting like people aren't investing into you it's an extremely bad look.

best thing about it, he claimed in the post he started and when I contacted samsung and said "hello I have contacted you previously about an issue with my order" they replied that I have never contacted them in regards to my order and what my problem was, he also never informed me to refund the items because of his siutation, He only did this AFTER I commented on his post.
He took everyones orders, mine included and acts as a middleman, he has "slaves" doing the work for him, and is basically a middleman. He will ghost you and his partners. He could have said weeks ago that he couldn't do it, now I have to convince samsung to let me return my phones. Really should submit a scam report or at least something to warn others when purchasing his services that he doesn't stick to his own terms.

Aha, you know what... Fair.
I apologise for not attending to your refund when I said I would. I advised you to return the order before the return time ended which was the right thing to do.
Every business has its ups and its down.
I'm not egotistical, If I am not responding to people on the platforms that are available for my customers to use, then you should know better.
I did NOT single him out. You can try and look all high and mighty in these silly posts but truth be told, I haven't been accepting orders for a while now. There were orders that were in their final stages that were being finished up but I did not have time to take on new orders.
He is no different to the dozens of people messaging me everyday. I advised them all the same when this stuff was going on, you don't see them complaining that I told them to return.
Understand this much...
Always have a Plan B or always be prepared for the worst case scenario, more so when you get involved in this kinda shit (ESPECIALLY WITH PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW).
You have to understand there is always the possibility of failure, regardless of the how...
Whether that be because we aren't here or we fail the job (As refunders).
I did my best given my circumstances, even if it was reaching out to my slave. That was all I could do.
Me posting a thread is somewhat different to attending to orders. LOL. I'm sure you know this already...
I advised you in light of my situation. You were not in any risk of losing anything; you were well within the 2 month return period Samsung had given their customers. I know my shit.
Covid 19 has changed the refund policy on all stores in the UK. Most return periods have been extended from 15-30 days, or from 30-60days.
You're both just blasting the post cause you had a bad experience and you have nothing better to do. I can understand that.
I really do hope you got your money back from the return though, I would hate for anyone to go through a loss due to my "incompetence".
All the best boys.
