Ali answers faster than other refunders and answers every (dumb) question with patience.
Ordered something at Microsoft for 1.149,00€.
It was delivered Thursday, he told me I receive the refund confirmation on Friday (1 day after delivery).
Unfortunately, I still have not been detecting any emails from Microsoft recently. On Saturday he told me, I‘d receive the refund confirmation Sunday/Monday. Yet no email has been sent to me.
Hoping for an answer of his helper (FriendlyGuy).
Will edit when there is news.
But good support so far & except the email which has not been sent to me yet.
EDIT 29.03.: Email came, answer as well. Ali‘s helper (FriendlyGuy) said, they will refund in 1-3 days. I‘m curious. But everything alright until now.
EDIT 06.04.: Unfortunately no refund.
Hoping to make more business in the future.

Huge ass vouch for getting my order refunded in 2weeks when others couldn't. He literally answers EVERY question you got and more. The upfront payment is 100% worth it as he starts literally the same day as you send in the form.
