Better alternative for a $17 RDP?

Before i purchase again from rdpwindows, do you know a better alternative that offer better performance for $17?

 

Currently RDPWindows offers the following for a $17 SSD Admin; 

 

2 vCPU
8 GB RAM
70 GB NVe SSD
Non Shared [Full Admin]
1 Gbps Full Duplex
Windows Server 2012 R2 [Duhh]
Cracking Software Allowed
Hitleap- Traffic Spirit etc
NET SCAN STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED
