hi, i got a problem buying vip, its been 30min and the shoppy is still awaiting payment. the bitcoin was sent like 20mins ago. thanks

Make sure there is a good fee for your bitcoin transaction so it can get confirmed faster B)

Fee doesn't matter
At most the upgrade through btc require 4 minutes Max

If you are short on the payment or exceeded it'll be refunded by shoppy. Just like my case, i sent 10$ instead of 10euro then i sent the remaining balance but shoppy refund it instead

I had the same issue with Aqua I just had to wait 10-20 minutes shoppy is really slow
