I don't see how this can be useful... any attempt to RMA an item will require the original item to begin with.... and if claiming a lost order, won't the SKU# need to be authenticated in Amazon's database? Unless this program can hack their database & recycle a legit SKU, or inject an artificial SKU, it won't be much help.
