Checking the post, I just saw your SE guide.
EDIT: They said I have to contact the local store that the product was bought because they are unable to provide me with a replacement, I said I've to do this, I ask for his name so after I came to talk with him, I told him that they told me to contact Logitech and he still said is unable to provide me with a replacement.
If u can give me an advice, I'll wait here for a response.
