UNFX Proxy checker is fast and very useful, arranging the proxies by type.
I personally use this tool to check my proxies.
You can set the max timeout for the proxies and
export the proxies by a specific protocol [https , htttp , socks4 , socks5]

I had a problem with vers 1.3.1 because I couldn't export the proxies, if that
happens to you , try version 1.3.0
