No minimum age required, payments are in the form of gift cards. You will get 1 card per time, no matter about the amount (ranging from $15 to $100).

 

No investment needed but you will be required to perform some mobile verifications (SMS). If you are unfamiliar in using your own number(s) then you will need to pay for a verification service (one is mentioned in the guide).
