I'm still thinking about it, I started to disassemble the program.

So probably in the next versions.
I heard about a patcher from Zer0Cod3. When I tried it doesn't seem to work but maybe there is a new version available ?

Some notes and questions on the patcher.  

 

1) It only seems to work on Adobe CC apps when they are installed from the Creative Cloud installer.  Does not work with the downloaded installer executables available at ProDesignTools and other sites.  

 

2) How does the user know whether the patch for any given app will work if an Adobe app is updated via CC?  If you update an app via CC installer, run the patcher and it doesn't work, there would be no way to downgrade the app and re-run the patcher.  No?

 

3) The patcher installs in an AppData folder.  Where do the incremental update files to the patcher install?  Same folder, but no change in file dates?  Can not see any files changes in the patcher folder after it updates.

 

4) If the update server is down, any plans to have downloadable incremental versions of the current rev of the patcher plus the incremental updates, at least to whatever would the latest working version.  This could be a valuable backup in a worst case scenario.  

 

Otherwise, nicely done. Will $upport.

1) I think it doesn't work because the tools you use must probably download an older version of the application I patched. I started to patch Adobe apps last month.

 

2) The patch will not work if you update directly with Adobe CC, you have to wait a bit. When you see that CC Patcher tells you that it has successfully downloaded a patch update, you can update with Adobe CC. (There is a reminder for that at launch)

 

3) It uses the files located at: "cc-patcher-suite/Local Storage/leveldb/" I think it just modify the file.

 

4) I do not use a personal server, this is not really a server and I don't think it will be down. I do archive the patches updates so i might be implement something to allow users to manually download the updates.
