So is the short term method simply getting people to sign up and deposit for something like an affiliate commission?  Can this be done in the USA because I know a lot of sports betting sites block people from there from signing up to the site. Also could someone with little to no SE experience do this with support and can we use our own paypal to cash out and not need another one?

No, neither the short-term or the long-term are NOT something like an affiliate link/ signup. It can be done in the USA. You can use your own PayPal and yes someone with little to no SE experience can do this with the support plan included.

EDIT: After purchasing the method I can say that it IS doable. You can make money from it but it's going to take some work. It's really best to buy the version with at least basic support. The seller has been extremely patient and helpful the whole time when helping me set it up. It can't really be saturated and like others have said here, the long term method is easier to pull off and can get you some long term cash. But if you want the quick big funds then by all means shoot for the short term method!

It's different. And yes I can prove that you can 100% of them but I don't want to spoil the method.

 

And no, you cannot "use" those predictions yourself, that's why this is SE.
