I submitted my form to Deathstroke just over a month ago now. Long story short, he just didn't do the refund. Over 3 weeks after I submitted the form was when he actually reached out to Lenovo to start my refund. My refund got denied because it was too late and it was also too late for me to return my items. He did try and get me to do a PayPal claim, but because of my experience and interactions with him throughout (another long story), I didn't want to go through with it with him.
I debated whether I should post this, because I don't like saying anything negative about people and Deathstroke did apologise for not doing the refund. But at the end of the day, I went to him to use his service, which he didn't provide. Now I'm £1.5K out of pocket and it's going to take me a while to make that back.
I told him that you could still return the item still but he CLEARLY SAYS that he WANTS TO KEEP the order. He said he already opened the package but you CAN STILL return it. Also he saying he's out 1.5k but when I asked him if he's keeping the order regardless if the refund fails, he said yes. Like he said, I did apologize that the refund failed but it failed due to a very silly mistake which I will never make again. Although it failed, he could have still returned it (This is for any refund, you can always still return it, even after the return deadline).
