Was given a notification from his Telegram to drop a vouch so here goes.

I agree with a previous comment that says he was much more responsive two years ago or so. I can vouch he completed my orders back then - not with any exquisite speed, I had to be very patient even then.

As for recently, objectively I would stay away and find a refunder who is more responsive. As someone who paid for his private group, I unfortunately regret the decision as most of the time it is just people wondering where DS has gone this time. It also just feels disingenuous for him to keep advertising the private group while it is clear he cannot keep up with current orders - and if he can then he’s allowing an overwhelming amount of private group customers down. He also deletes negative comments made which just comes across as he either doesn’t want to criticism or he wants to make things appear better than they are.

I used to try and defend DS at times knowing that we each have our own lives past refunds but truthfully haven’t looked back for a few months as he continues to receive the same level of criticism as back then.

WORTH CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am part of VIP Group, responses takes days and he just keeps avoiding if he knows he has already failed that refund and never informs about his fuckups.

There are handful of people in VIP group who are pissed off for failed refunds and late responses and when people shares these things on group he deletes all the messages after couple of day to keep his reputation clean.

He has missed timelines for certain refunds and keeps giving excuses.

He keeps giving different excuses for not responding or for failing a refund and when an amount was due and I did not pay just because he did not respond to my messages or gave an update regarding a refund status he keep threatening about leaking information to public.

12% is a joke and he charges more for big stores.

I would not recommend him. Better pay 20% to well know refunders with good customer support.
