I DID THE SAME METHOD TO LEARN CODING
No offence but you can't just "learn programming languages in a week".
To be proficient at a certain language, you will need at least 6 months experience. By experience I don't mean sitting through videos, I mean actually making stuff and practicing, because practicing is the best way you can learn.
So your title is kind of clickbait. 1 week is enough for you to be introduced to the basics of a programming language. If you are completely foreign to a certain language, then it might even take longer.
As always, practice makes perfect.
