How to send money to send only paypal account?

My paypal account is listed as a send only account due to the country im located in

 

i was wondering if there's a way to get around that? i heard i can create a invoice or something.Theres a site that used to send me payments via paypal (dont know how..?)

if someone else is sending me payment it won't work

 

if you guys can't help me i'll have to contact my bank, im hoping to avoid all that complications

Provide id proof and complete kyc and you'll be able to receive payments ;;
There's nothing as such like a send only PayPal you have to enroll as good and service provider to be able to send and receive

I have never encountered a similar situation when using PayPal. Have you tried contacting their support team to resolve the issue? I've received invoices many times and didn't think there could be any difficulties with this.  In fact, I created a PayPal account for gambling and I had absolutely no issues with it.
