Probably the worst experience ive had with a refunder ever, you message him for an amazon refund and at first he responds quickly to get your order in and says its no problem if you haven't placed an order in a while. Then all of a sudden you need to place 2 orders after he initiates the refund, then you get left unopened for 8 days without any updates, he then reads your messages and doesnt respond to anything and leaves you unopened again for 8 days. Then you get OFM banned and your account gets limited across all domains, you ask angeldust if the refund is still possible and why you were OFM banned, he responds after 4 days with "you got ofm" and then he leaves you unopened for another 10 days, all of this while his new policy is "if we dont respond fast you get free refund".
 
so I started sharing my experience in his telegram group and he bans you from the group, not to mention literally everyone in the group was complaining about being left on read and being ofm banned, I heard he seemingly removed the ability to message in his group altogether because everyone was just complaining about how bad his service is. I contacted the amazon account specialists and they told me my account got blocked for sending a kilogram of salt, seems like his method is just praying that amazon doesn't open your box. So if you want to get your amazon account banned across all domains you should contact angeldust asap, best amazon de refunder for sure!

But did you get the giftcard after you sent him 25% of the price? And did you send the 1kg salt or someone else?

Edit: I contacted Angel, and he no longer provides 13% fees on worldwide Amazon. Instead of updating the post he decides to mislead people.
