My feedback from 2 refunds:
First one for a couple thousand worked after a month or so and the communication was top and everything went smoothly.
Second refund vor 2.4k did not go through, so he forwarded me to someone else (who might be on the forum, please let me know), who the managed to get my account permanently blacklisted and got me in trouble with mastercard. Now neither of them are answering, not even letting me know that they messed up and cant do anything about it. I would have liked for them to at least try to fix the issue with my account being basically permabanned now...
Dissappointing but I thought I'd share so it is more representative of the service, meaning its not 99% success and in some cases might end more or less badly.
