My order took 60 days to complete instead of the expected time. After 30 days, they let me know they had switched methods and were testing a new one, asking for patience. Communication was pretty sparse during this period, and they definitely need to improve that.

Eventually, they got back to me saying they could do it with the increased percentage we originally agreed on. Once that was sorted, it only took 2 days to finish up, so I did get what I wanted. It took longer than advertised, but I’m happy with the end result.

If they’d updated me more during the extra 30 days, I would’ve been more relaxed and informed. Despite the communication hiccups, I’d consider ordering again, but I hope they work on keeping customers better updated.
