user bought an SE from my service. Our Rules state that payment will be when you receive the tracking from logitech at the end of the SE.
user claims that the product arrived already without tracking link, which is suspecious since Logitech always sends an automated email with tracking in it.It's automated, there is no way it doesn't arrive. I checked his email though but I don't find it ,either he deleted the email to delay his payment / get away without paying or it never arrived as he said.
User has been delaying payment for more than a week after 'actually receiving the product' and he kept saying that he doesn't have money and giving excuses and ETAs.
We still have his infos and he can leak them if payment is not done.
