I talked to Instar 2 months ago for a refund. Unfortunatly, amazon sent a replacement instead refunding me but that was ok. I was planning to return it and get the money back anyways so i paid Instar that day. Since then, I ran into some issues with Amazon, for more then a month, I kept talking with amazon about my refund (cause I already had returned them items) and i wasn't beeing able to get my refund cause that i didn't have return it yet, even tho i did and i got the confirmation email about that (they even refunded the shipping fees i paid to return it). Talked again to Instar to check if he has able to help me. In ONE FKING HOUR, he got me the refund.
