let me know how that's going for ya, I'm barely gonna start shipping a 'phone' off to them, since I haven't really had time to send one at all

So far so good, they're now doing an internal investigation... The service centre acknowledged that there was no phone, whilst the main support line advised the parcel was lost in transit. Up to 14 days till the investigation concludes.
