even tho i have not ordered from them since my order with them was unsuccessful due to their bad customer service i would not recommend to use them if you dont want your order to take 6-12 months
they respond every 4-5 days and leave you on hold without a reason even tho i was prepared to pay upfront
i dont know if they are correcet in their refunding but im definitively sure that they are very very slow and bad in their customer service
this is not a trash talk just a honest review after being ignored by them as a potential customer

no you are not sorry if you really were you wouldnt say this back when i opened ticket and you wasted like 10 days of me you didnt say your service was off you just said you are processing it and lying shit be honest and man up to your mistakes you dont deserve a single customer in my opinion
