If you do not know anything about this, research topics related to SIB 6.0 and SIB 7.5 to get a better understanding of this panel.
Note: The steps to installing it is the same as 7.5

Since ISP manager stopped supporting centos 6, SIB panel can no longer be installed - so it doesn't work anymore
