Foot locker. empty box vs DNA

As the title says, I have just received my order from foot locker, should I claim the box was empty or claim it never arrived, which method would be more likely to succeed

DNA flopped for me a while back even though they got me to sign some form. Try empty box and see how it goes.

Last time I did eb it worked but they filed a ups investigation and had a ups person come to may house and ask about it. I denied and then got the refund confirmation a few days later
