No hate to Dalton, but this would've been going on everlastingly if I wouldn't open this scam report. I would prefer not to put an entire story here so this is essentially what occurred in short;

Our deal was my $540 Btc for his $600 PayPal, I gave him $540 Btc and he paid me my PayPal money in splitted amounts of $200 (on my request). Meanwhile the process his PayPal account got limited and he was unable to fix his account and to pay me the rest of the money with PayPal. At that moment he owed me $300 PayPal.

I asked if he could refund me the remainder of the money in Btc ($270) but he didn't have any. I've been attempting to ask him a couple times a week for updates but he has been difficult to reach. I do believe that he's willing to solve this but it feels like this is a low-prioritized situation for him which he can solve, but when it suits him, he has slowly been partial refunding me, but I really can't wait any more for this. As of now he just owes me $170 in Btc.
I am tired of waiting so here is my scam report, I really didn't want this to go this way but it's my only option, I am sorry for this Dalton.

Don't see how scam report is supposed to speed up the process of paying as I've already started paying out partially. In fact, it can only make it slower?
