I've done it by boxing them they are real annoying to deal with and will keep making up excuses and keep telling you to call them back in a couple days. I had to call them once every couple days for a month until they agreed to send me a replacement. Once I was told I was getting a new one I had to call a few more times cause it took them another week to send out my order. if you are very persistent they can be done but Lenovo is not for lazy people or people who can't constantly bullshit on the phone.

alright haha id rather not then, the laptop is medium to low specs anyway so probs not worth it
