It has come to my attention that lately there have been more illegal activity with posts regarding cracked PP accounts and tons of posts which contain ads links.

My idea on preventing this since most people make new accounts and spam threads, add a limitation such as - you can make a new thread as a new member of the forum once you reach at least 10-15 posts (up to you guys to decide that).

Surely that would prevent bots and especially those who attempt to manually post that information, they can post on random threads - yes, but it's still something.

Agreed. And introduction and at least an amount of posts should be required to unlock most sections.
Users should not be allowed in cracking sections, because they will reach their post count there within no time.

Maybe also add like a 5 daily post limit. So they would need at least 3 days to reach their minimum of 15 posts?

That would encourage leeching

Cash links can be banned, there's a bot for that. Check this. Everyone can submit a pull request.

You can't ban all cash links, that's like trying to ban the whole ad.fly links which are newly generated unless you have their full algorithm of generating to write a script based on it and block it permanently.

What I suggested at least would stop people from posting carding/visa/paypal threads because most of them are kids/bots and adding such a system would prevent them surely from doing that.

Adding the domain blacklists everything in that domain

Adding the path only blacklists the specified path

I'm sure if it was that simple, Finn would have done it already.

Maybe cash links yes but blocking PayPal is probably not an option since people use it for legit reasons here :D
